As a husband-and-wife team with decades of experience in U.S. luxury real estate and development, we bring a refined design sensibility and a deep commitment to sustainability to every project. Since making Cerritos and Pescadero our full-time home in 2022, we’ve focused on building residences that are not only beautiful but also deeply connected to their environment.

Co-FounderWith over 30 years experience in managing large construction and safety projects for a Fortune 25 oil and gas company, Ron brings a high level of professionalism and attention to detail to project manage the development and construction of Contigo Ventures’ real estate projects.

Co-FounderKarina has over 25+ years experience in real estate from developing condo projects to being an owner in several Keller Williams Realty franchises. She is the principal of an exclusive residential sales team that serves high end clients from Denver to Aspen and Cabo. Having attended the prestigious Parsons School of Design, Karina previously designed the interiors of and managed the completion of private jet interiors and through that experience became a part of Oprah Winfrey’s personal staff, working on her personal jet as a cabin manager and designing her private jet interior.
